Project Overview

Feals is a U.S.-based wellness brand offering CBD + THC-based sleep and relaxation products. The store required high-performance optimization, a smoother mobile shopping experience, and Shopify development to increase conversions for products like CBN + THC sleep gummies. As part of my contribution, I worked on enhancing product visibility, improving mobile responsiveness, and integrating features like reviews, badges, and fast-checkout systems to boost customer trust and reduce drop-offs.

Problem Solving

1. Mobile Optimization: Optimized mobile layout to highlight CTAs, reviews, and trust badges for quick decision-making.

2. Shopify Enhancements: Added custom sections and metafields to dynamically manage reviews, product highlights, and badges across the store.

3. SEO Optimization: Added relevant meta tags, alt texts, and improved page structure for better visibility on Google.

4. A/B Tested CTAs: Implemented ‘Sleep Now, Pay Later’ and ‘Fall Asleep in 20 Minutes’ headlines in hero sections for conversion testing.
